Foreign words in english

Hi! I’m Deyvid

I would like of say about some foreign words commonly used in english.

- Angst (Germany) – Distress, anxiets.
For example: ” I feel such angst when the boss comes to review the employees because he´s so critical.”

- Prima donna (Italian) – Temperamental person.
For example: “We invited James to be part of our bookclub because he´s so knowledgeable, but he´s such a prima donna he didn´t get along with anyone.”

- Kowtow (to someone) (chinese) – Act submissive and subservient.
For example: “Our new boss expects everyone to kowtow to him.”

- Gung-ho (Chinese) – Animated, excited.
For example: “The kids are all gung-ho about the camping trip this weekend.”
